Gosh...that sucks. I feel for you. One of my tricks I used when I'm sick/injured and can't run is to use that time to read about running. I use that time to do research about training strategies, injuries, or just read blogs...things I don't do because I don't have the time when I'm well. Hope that helps at least a little. Feel better soon.
Thanks, fortunately I'm feeling a lot better this morning so hopefully I'll be able to run in a couple days. It's funny you mentioned that because I got caught up on my latest issue of Running Times. Looking at training plans is also a great idea. That's the only "benefit" to being ill, haha.
That sucks. I get migraines when I am stressed out or have been sleep deprived- or both. Luckily, I haven't had one for a year or so. I hope you feel better.

There seems to be a lot of sickness going around. Resting up and reading up seems to be the right thing to do.

Fortunately I usually only get one a year or if that now. I don't know what triggered this. It was extremely hard for me to tell if it was a stomach bug and the headache stemmed from dehydration/no sleep/no food or if the headache caused the nausea, lol.
Yeah...I hate resting but I know it'll be the best thing for me, thanks!
